U.S. Compliance Systems Has Helped Over 18,000 Companies Meet Their Safety Goals.
General contractors. Maintenance and cleaning specialists. Inspectors and consultants.
Ranging from mainstream to niche, from the one-man shops to large conglomerates, thousands of companies have benefited from taking advantage of our safety programs. No matter what kind of safety requirements they require, our programs are specially adapted to suit the needs of those who use them.
Whether they need it for third party requirements like ISNetworld®, or merely want to protect their employees and reputation, we have over a hundred different customized safety plans available.
In the words of one of our clients, this saves them "untold" amounts of time.
In 1999 ...
Two men pooled their experience and knowledge to create U.S. Compliance Systems.
Keith brought his fifteen years as a safety consultant to the table. Charles brought a thorough understanding of federal standards and extensive experience writing safety procedures and protocols.
Both had many years of construction experience, as well as contacts within OSHA to draw upon. The result was a safety plan that was one of the most accurate and easiest to understand in the industry.
Today, U.S. Compliance Systems is recognized as one of the nation's leading representative firms by The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.
Why A U.S. Compliance Systems Safety Plan?
Unlike other companies who provide safety plans, the founders of U.S. Compliance Systems have extensive experience "on the ground," both in construction and in the safety industry in general.
So they understand contractors and the people who are looking for safety programs - and that they want any safety plan implementation to be as quick and easy as possible.
That's why all U.S. Compliance System plans are written in layman's terms, so that both the regulations and the methods to exceed them are clear and easy to follow.
Decades Of Experience Dealing With Third Party Programs And Requirements
When trying to qualify with a third party, the last thing you want is to spend days revising your safety program after it's been rejected.
Our programs boost your chances of getting your program approved on that first try - mainly due to our knowledge of third-party providers.
We know exactly what they want to see, and will tailor your programs to match their expectations.
Our 100% Money-Back Guarantee.
There is never any risk when purchasing any U.S. Compliance System's safety program.
If you aren't happy with the plan you receive after any purchase, let us know and you'll get all your money back.
No questions asked. No hoops to jump through.
It's that simple.
Keith, President and Co-Founder
With 20 years in construction and more than 15 years as a Safety Consultant, Keith brings his experience and understanding of both the construction industry and OSHA procedures to U.S. Compliance Systems.
Since 1999, Keith has represented hundreds of contractors during informal and formal conferences with OSHA, as well as court representation before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission. Cases have ranged from "other than serious" to "willful" violations. Unfortunately, some of his work has involved protecting clients' rights in cases where fatalities had occurred. This experience has provided the staff at U.S. Compliance Systems with a complete understanding of exactly what contractors have to do to be OSHA compliant.
For years, Charles oversaw safety program development. Charles has personally written hundreds of safety meetings, designed special forms to make compliance easier, and provided the foundation for U.S. Compliance Systems safety programs as they exist today. Charles has retired from full-time safety program development, but still serves as a consultant to U.S. Compliance Systems staff.
