Why We Started US Compliance Systems
Keith Dague and Charles Jobe started US Compliance Systems in 1999 after spending many years experiencing all the pain and complications of satisfying OSHA requirements in their own contracting businesses. They knew they could come up with a better way for businesses to meet safety requirements with an approach that was simple, easy to manage, and pain-free.
From our simple beginnings, we are still a family company focused on providing friendly and responsive service. And, along the way, we have found that by developing and utilizing the latest technologies, we can provide you with the best tools for your continued business success.

My biggest achievement in life has been to marry the girl down the street, raise our 4 children together and continue to share in their lives along with our 3 grandchildren.

I am an avid reader. Favorite authors are Anne Rice and Stephen King, though I’m leaning toward funny and light-hearted these days. Probably due to all the children’s books I read to my kids now.

I enjoy working on cars, but mostly my own. Anything from basic car repairs to completely custom modifications. Ex: Installed a Nintendo in the car for long drive-thru waits.

My daughter Cora is the best thing that has ever happened to me! I love watching her grow each and every day.

A favorite pastime of mine is playing cornhole. For the past 6 years or so, a bunch of friends all meet up on Thursday evening to play some cornhole during the summer. We now are in a league during the winter months. I like it because its all about throwing bags with your buddies.

My favorite hobby is fishing because I enjoy being on the water and I just never know what I'm going to catch.

I'm very proud of graduating my daughter from high school. This a personal accomplishment for me because I've been homeschooling her since first grade. She graduated a year early with a year's worth of college credit and this fall she's headed to Virginia Commonwealth University to study nursing. I couldn't be prouder.
