I keep logging in, but it still says that I need to login, what do I do?First check to see that you are using the correct email address and password. Passwords are case sensitive. This problem can also be caused by cookies in your computer. Computers use cookies to reload previously viewed pages quicker. Sometimes the cookies become hung up in your computer causing login problems. If you delete the cookies, it usually solves the problem. To delete cookies, there is a "Tools" section at the top of your browser page. Click on "Tools" and then click on "Internet Options". In the area marked "Browsing History" click on "Delete", then click on "Delete" next to Cookies. Now, close the drop down and reopen the website and login. This should correct any cookie issue. I put in my logo and it is not working, what is wrong?You may not have the right kind of image file in place. There are only certain file types that are compatible. Your company logo needs to be either a JPEG., GIF., TIF., PNG., or BMP file. If you use a PDF or a DOC file the logo will cause problems to your logo.Back to Top |
My logo is not centered, what do I do?You need to resize your image. If your logo is off to the left side of the program, then your logo image is too small. What do I do if I click on the Blue Boxes and the page looks like the picture below?If you click on the Blue Boxes and the page looks like the picture below, it likely means that you don't have the right kind of file in the logo section. Your Company Logo needs to be a JPEG, GIF, TIF, PNG, or BMP file. To fix the problem, go to your Company Profile on the MyUSC page and upload a new logo with the correct file type.
