What are posting requirements?

OSHA requires that your company has a Labor Law poster (Federal OSHA 3165), and that it is posted in a conspicuous place where employees have access to it. Examples of placement: Break room, by your time card machine, or at a jobsite trailer.

Do I have to have Jobsite/Workplace Safety Posters?

No. Jobsite/Workplace safety posters are not required by OSHA. These posters are just helpful reminders of basic safety topics, such as, Forklifts, CPR, Backlifting Safety, etc.

Do I have to have a Labor Law poster?

Yes. OSHA requires that you have a State Labor Law poster and a Federal Labor Law poster or a combined State and Federal Labor Law poster, and that it is put in a place where employees have easy access to read it.

How much do posters cost?

Labor Law posters are $20.95 for state only posters, and $32.95 for a combined state/federal poster. The Jobsite/Workplace safety posters range from $9.95-$19.95.
