What do I do if I forget my login and/or password?

Below the training login is a link if you forget your password. If you forget your username or still cannot get your password, give us a call during business hours at 1-888-475-5353 and we can help you out. Or you can call 360training.com 24/7 at 1-888-360-8764.

I am running out of time to finish my training, what can I do?

If you are almost out of time to complete your course (except 10 or 30 Hour Outreach Training), you can call 360training.com at 1-888-360-8764 and ask for an extension. They can give you an extension so you can finish your course. 10 and 30 Hour courses are no longer allowed extensions per OSHA.

I have not received my training completion card yet, what do I do?

If you have not received your training completion card within 4-8 weeks you need to call 360training.com at 1-800-442-1149, and tell them you haven't received your card.

Give 360training a call at 1-800-442-1149 and ask for a refund for the extra course on the account.

Who do I call if I need a refund on my training?

As long as you haven't started your training you can call 360training at 1-800-442-1149 and receive a full refund for your course.
