What is the advantage to training online?There are many advantages. It's Cheaper! You can train at a pace that is comfortable for YOU. You eliminate the cost and time of travel. You don't need a group to have someone perform on site training. You can train during the time that best works for you, whether it is from work or from home, or any other place you might be on the computer. You can train one employee at a time or a group of employees and get a discount (Groups training still allows employees to train at their own pace).Back to Top |

Is there any discount pricing?There are discounts for training multiple employees. Discounts start with 5 or more people. The more people you sign up at once, the bigger the discount. What is a Corporate Account?A Corporate Account is an ongoing company account. You can sign up multiple people over time and not have to re-enter payment information each time. 360training.com saves your payment information until the card you used expires.Back to Top |

What is the difference between "General Industry" and "Construction Industry" 10 and 30 hour courses?"General Industry" 10 and 30 hour courses are for anyone NOT in the construction field that needs a 10 or 30 hour course. The "Construction Industry" 10 and 30 hour courses are designed for those working ONLY in the construction field.Back to Top |

What is a passing grade for training?A passing score for all quizzes and final test is 70%.Back to Top |
How many quizzes and test are there in the OSHA 10 Hour?The OSHA 10 Hour course consists of 10 quizzes and 1 final test. All must be passed with a 70% or better to move on.Back to Top |
How many times can I take the quizzes or test?Each quiz and the final test can be taken up to 3 times each.Back to Top |
What happens if I fail the quizzes or test?If you fail a quiz 3 times you are locked out of the course for 6 months. After the 6 months you can sign back in and start your training where you left off. If you fail the final test 3 times you are removed from the course and have to repurchase and start from the beginning. That is why it is important to take the time you need.Back to Top |
Does the OSHA 10 Hour course take 10 hours to complete?Yes. There is a course timer in the bottom right corner of the training window that has to run all the way down. Until the timer hits zero you will not be allowed to take the final quiz. You are allowed to take longer than 10 hours if you need to.Back to Top |
Does the OSHA 30 Hour course take 30 hours to complete?Yes. There is a counter in the bottom right corner of the training window that has to run all the way down. Until the counter hits zero you will not be able to take the final test. You are allowed to take longer than 30 hours if you need to.Back to Top |
Do I have to complete my course all at one time?No. Courses can be completed over a period of time. The online training allows employees to train at their own pace. There are time limits on course work. The next question explains the time limits for courses.Back to Top |
How long do I have to complete my online training?For the OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Outreach training you have 6 months to complete the course from the day you start. If you are running out of time, you can call 360training.com and ask for an extension for the course. All other courses are given a 1 year time limit. Again, you may ask for an extension if needed. If courses are not completed in the time limits and you don't get an extension, you will need to repurchase the course and start from the beginning.Back to Top |
How do I know where I am in the course?When you are logged into the course, click on the "My Training" button in the bottom left hand section of the course player. Click on "Outline" to see where you are in the course and to skip around to different sections.Back to Top |
Do I have to complete the DOL survey when I finish the 10 or 30 hour course?Yes. At the end of the 10 and 30 hour outreach courses you are required by OSHA to complete a DOL (Department of Labor) survey. This survey is required to complete your training and to receive your wallet card. You only have 3 months from the date of completion for training to finish the survey.Back to Top |
How do I print or reprint my certificate of course completion?Go to the login and put in your username and password. Then click on the certificate icon next to the course title you would like to print or reprint.Back to Top |
When do I get my wallet card?After completion of your course (and DOL survey if needed) you will be given a temporary card to print. You will receive your wallet card within the next 4-8 weeks.Back to Top |
Can I get a refund for my training course I purchased?Yes. As long as you haven't started the online course you can call 360training at 1-800-442-1149 and get a full refund.Back to Top |
Is there a new law for training in Nevada?Yes. This in the new law for Nevada regarding training (Contractors Only).Nevada Assembly Bill 148 - Effective January 1, 2010 all supervisors and employees working on construction sites must complete an OSHA 10 Hour or OSHA 30 Hour training course no later than 15 working days beyond their hire date. Supervisors are required to have the OSHA 30 Hour course certification. All other empoyees are required to have the OSHA 10 Hour course certification. In addition, Nevada Assembly Bill 148 will only recognize OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 Hour cards issued within the past 5 years. Any certification completed beyond 5 years will be considered expired. Compliance failure can result in escalating fines ranging from $500 for the first violation to $70,000 for willful violation. The third and subsequent violations are considered willful violations under the new regulation. Back to Top |
Is there new laws for training in other states?Yes. There are new laws for training in other states besides Nevada, but they have not been made clear as of yet.
