The staff at U.S. Compliance Systems has been providing contractors with time-efficient solutions to OSHA compliance for more than 15 years. Its co-founders, Charles Jobe and Keith Dague, working within the construction industry, realized how difficult it was for contractors to find reliable information and guidance to comply with OSHA's requirements.
Initially offering consultation services and individual safety programs, services have continually expanded to include complete Safety Programs, OSHA Representation, Online Training, and more.
U.S. Compliance Systems is now recognized as one of the nation's leading representative firms, per The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.
Today, U.S. Compliance Systems educates and assists contractors enabling them to experience citation-free OSHA inspections and protect their most valuable assets: employees...reputation...profits.

Keith Dague, President
With 20 years in construction and more than 15 years as a Safety Consultant, Keith brings his experience and understanding of both the construction industry and OSHA procedures to U.S. Compliance Systems.
For the past 10 years, Keith has represented hundreds of contractors during informal and formal conferences with OSHA as well as court representation before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission. Cases have ranged from "other than serious" to "willful" violations. Unfortunately, some of his work has involved protecting clients' rights in cases where fatalities had occurred. This experience has provided the staff at U.S. Compliance Systems with a complete understanding of exactly what contractors have to do to be OSHA compliant.

Charles Jobe, Vice President
Charles oversees program development. Drawing on his previous construction experience, federal standards, client feedback, and contact with OSHA personnel, safety programs and systems are designed to match the specific individual needs of our clients. Every effort is made to ensure that our safety systems are effective as well as easy to understand and implement. Charles has personally written hundreds of safety meetings, designed special forms to make compliance easier, and ensures that his department keeps current on changes within OSHA.
